About the Event
Employers and healthcare stakeholders from across Louisiana gathered on April 27, 2026 for the Employer Coalition’s inaugural Annual Spring Forum! This half-day event connected likeminded leaders and innovators who are driving change and working to increase the value of healthcare across the state. This collaboration among stakeholders from every corner of the healthcare ecosystem has been critical to advancing our efforts to influence policy, lower costs, and advocate for patients and families.

Keynote Speaker:
Secretary Bruce Greenstein
Bruce D. Greenstein is Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health. Secretary Greenstein has spent the last 30 years in healthcare, split between the public and private sectors. He ran strategy and innovation at the nation’s largest post-acute care company. He was the chief technology officer at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services during President Trump’s first administration, secretary for the Louisiana Department of Health under the Jindal administration, and led Microsoft’s worldwide health and human services business division. Prior to Microsoft, Bruce worked at CMS overseeing Medicaid Managed Care and Waivers & Demonstrations.
Bruce has been an advisor to the health informatics programs at George Washington University and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
