As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at PSC Group, Sosha leads a dedicated HR team within a company renowned for its commitment to safety and efficiency in rail switching, loading, and related services for the petrochemical and refining industries. With over 5,000 skilled employees operating at more than 200 locations across the U.S., PSC has established itself as a trusted partner since its founding in 1952.

Sosha joined the PSC Group over 17 years ago in 2007 and has served in multiple roles including Staffing Manager, HR Director, VP, HR and SVP, of HR.
