About Tom
Tom Groves is Senior Vice President of Health Services at Louisiana Blue, where he leads provider network, healthcare value management and pharmacy strategies with a focus on quality, access, affordability and total cost of care. With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, he brings deep expertise across provider contracting, value-based care, payer partnerships, CIN development, employer strategy, and hospital administration, including prior leadership roles with Louisiana Blue, Coventry Healthcare, the State Division of Administration, CHRISTUS Health and Ochsner Health Network. A Louisiana native, Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts from LSU and holds both an MBA and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
