Crystal Burke

Crystal Burke, FNP-C, MSCP, is the co-founder and Clinical Director of The Menopause Clinic, a Louisiana-based direct care practice specializing in perimenopause, menopause, and women’s sexual health. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and nurse practitioner with a clinical background that also includes family practice, oncology, and palliative care. Her work focuses on improving access to evidence-based care for women during midlife and addressing healthcare gaps that can affect quality of life, workforce participation, and productivity. She is also interested in how direct, outcomes-oriented care models can be applied within employer health programs to improve access, transparency, and measurable patient outcomes.
