About the Event

As we approach the end of the year, the Employer Coalition of Louisiana is pleased to announce an in-person event exclusively for our employer members. Please join us on Thursday, December 4, for an End of Year Employer Roundtable at the City Club in Baton Rouge.

This open event format allows for the opportunity to freely discuss the issues that matter most to employers in Louisiana in a confidential and candid environment. Employers set the agenda, and Coalition staff will be on-site to moderate and document takeaways. This is a casual event – come with ideas, challenges, perspectives, and questions!

Year-end is arguably the busiest time of the year. We know you are planning for 2026 and reflecting on accomplishments and challenges of 2025. Let’s convene and share these learnings together.

The roundtable will be followed by a networking happy hour at the City Club in Baton Rouge. A time for holiday cheer!
